Our Firm

Many industries, including real estate are being reshaped by advances in technology. Recognizing this, Partners Commercial Realty is committed to investing in and leveraging new technology for the benefit of our clients. Although this is critical to success in today’s market, it does not replace the personal effort of our brokers. There is no doubt that technology plays a critical role in finding the right property, buyer, tenant, etc., but it is still the people that bring the deal together. Each of our brokers brings to the team a different background, base of experience, skills and relationships. Their common ground is their passion for their work. This combination of the right technology and the right people positions us to successfully respond to the challenges of the current environment.

As our name suggests, we believe in partnering. First is partnering within our team. Through this approach we bring to each client the benefit of our collective knowledge, experience and perspective. Second, we partner with our clients. Who better understands a client’s requirements than the client. By partnering with them, we optimize the process for achieving results.

MISSION STATEMENT

To provide world class commercial real estate brokerage services by leveraging technology and the collective experience of our Team, to the benefit of clients, the community and the firm.

CORE VALUES

• Integrity and professionalism in all interaction.
• Collaboration with, and respect for all parties.
• Open, positive and consistent communication with clients, colleagues, and community leaders.
• Demonstrated work ethic and enthusiasm, balanced against a commitment to family.

Teresa grew up in Johnston County and has lived in Smithfield for twenty-four years. Beginning at a young age she worked in her parents' various businesses and learned the importance of a strong work ethic to achieving success. Always ambitious, her early exposure to an entrepreneurial life led her down the road of self employment and business ownership. Eventually she saw real estate as the path she wanted to follow and she obtained her license. After a number of years of success on the residential side of the business, she decided she wanted to challenge herself further and transition into the commercial arena. She began by getting an educational foundation in commercial real estate. Coupling this with her outgoing personality, drive and "local girl" knowledge of the region and its "players" has made for a successful transition. With all the changes that have occurred during her fifteen years in real estate, she notes there is one thing that has remained constant; how you treat your client. Working honestly and with integrity to make business smooth and successful for everyone, always leaves her fulfilled. She is active in her community as a member of the Central Johnston Rotary Club, Smithfield-Selma Chamber of Commerce and Town of Smithfield Planning Board. She is blessed to have the full support of her family for all of her endeavors. When she is not after the next listing, lease or sale, she enjoys time with her grandchildren or hangs out the "gone fishin" sign and heads down to her and her husband Otis's beach house where four generations often gather for fun.

Jim is a transplanted "Yankee" having grown up on Long Island, NY. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and followed it with a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. After graduating Xavier he spent over twenty years in senior level administrative positions, including CEO, in hospitals from Massachusetts to Michigan. During that time he led the development of a replacement hospital from conception to opening and the creation of a thirty-five acre health park. After deciding to leave hospital administration, he pursued consulting for non-profit organizations and developed a marketing business on the emerging Internet. Ultimately he decided that real estate is where his true passion lay and obtained his license. He has pursued the commercial side of the business from the beginning and enjoys bringing the experiences and lessons from his prior careers to help achieve results for clients. Many may find the often long cycle times for commercial real estate transactions to be discouraging. But for him there is a great deal of satisfaction derived from persisting over the long haul to bring a deal to a successful conclusion. Jim, as past Secretary and past President, is an active member of the Clayton Morning Rotary Club and is also a member of the Clayton Chamber of Commerce, currently serving on the Five Year Planning Committee. He and his wife Sara reside in Clayton and when he isn’t chasing real estate deals, he’s chasing either grand children or golf balls.

A native of upstate New York, Adam moved to the Raleigh area 25 years ago with his family. He has a varied career path thanks to his ‘jack of all trades’ personality, from chef to restaurant manager, handyman business owner to residential real estate broker and now commercial real estate broker. Adam moved into the world of real estate through investing and found that he thoroughly enjoyed it and wanted to pursue it as a career. Having worked successfully in residential real estate for the past four years and looking for the next challenge, Adam met Jim Perricone after joining the Clayton Rotary Club and a friendship and business relationship began. Having lived in many places across the greater Triangle, with an understanding of the building trades and love of negotiations, Adam brings a passion and commitment to his clients that they appreciate and respect. He loves to learn, always looking to grow and committed to success in whatever he pursues. When not working, Adam enjoys volunteering as part of the Clayton Rotary Club, meeting new people and engaging his community. He also loves traveling overseas with his wife Chloe to see family and friends and exploring new places. He believes the travel makes their time at home enjoying the beautiful NC outdoors with dog Rouge, and soon a new addition to the family, all the sweeter.
